Eric S. Brown, Managing Partner

  • Eric serves as Managing Partner,  Eric has a 30 year track record of developing client relationships, Program and Project Management  whic has  generated revenue and new development opportunities  He also serves as  President of Brownstone Associates LLC, , and at his previous position as a Business Development Lead Manager. Eric  specializes in interacting and developing new and existing business relationships with various Program and Project managers for Local State and federal agencies such as USACE Fort Worth District, Chicago District, Little Rock District, Mobile District, Albuquerque District, DHS, FEMA, CBP, NAVFC, City of Dallas, Houston, Waxahachie, Lancaster and state and local agencies TXDOT, DART, Texas Facilities Commission and others  to name a few. 
  • He has also established relationships with elected state and local officials, major clients, senior-level managers and executives in several industries, including transportation, commercial and federal engineering, design, construction, management, real estate development and technology projects involving federal and private organizations. He specializes in: Project Management, Operational Management, Business Development, Customer and community Relationship Management, Project Logistics, Contract Negotiation, Marketing and Sales strategies, Strategic Planning, Professional Presentations, and employee certification training, fund raising, and public speaking.   
  •  Some of the projects Eric has developed and participated include:     HKS Design team for Texas Rangers Stadium, Freese and Nichols mentor protégé team Dallas Love Field Tasks Order Contract ,Dallas Public Works Tasks Order Contract, Port of Plaquemine Port Development,  Dallas County In-land Port , NFL Minnesota Viking Stadium- (HKS) design Team, NFL Pro football Hall of Fame Expansion Project (HKS), Saskatchewan Roughriders Stadium HKS designed Team, USACE Ft Worth District Customs and Border Patrol Stations BOMAR Management, EQUEST Horse Facility Design Trinity Forest Horse Park,  Project Coordinator for the new 
  • Dallas Police Department Helicopter Facility  Transportation Study and Community Relations Dallas City-Maps Team  urban planners, engineers, neighborhood leaders, economic developers, city leaders and other stakeholders in the business of city-building, the art of city design has embraced a context-sensitive approach to transportation and neighborhood design that recognizes that roadway capacity and livability are not competing objectives.

  • Marcus  serves as  Managing Partner  He also is  President of Knight Waste Services, Ltd, a residential garbage and recycling collection company based in Ft. Worth, TX. Knight Waste provides weekly collection to over 100,000 homes utilizing 31 trucks and employing 40 people. Marcus has an extensive background in business management, having served as President of KnightCo Oil, and President/Owner of ARK Waste Haulers. Prior to his small business leadership, Marcus was a Manufacturer’s Representative for Toyota Motor Sales, USA in the New York Region. 
  • Mr. Knight has been active in civic life having served three terms as Mayor for the City of Lancaster, TX from 2008-2018. During his tenure as Mayor, Knight served on a number of regional and state boards, including the North Central Texas Council of Governments Executive Board, Texas Municipal League Board, and the Metroplex Mayors Association(President 2012), just to name a few. After elected office, Knight continues to serve, having been appointed by Dallas County as a Director for the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA). Additionally, Marcus is a member of Methodist Health System Corporate Oversight Board and Methodist Charlton Advisory Board. Mr. Knight is also a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association Board.
